Payroll

Whether you have employees, contractors or both, we'll setup and maintain your payroll. This not only handle all payments, taxes & filing but will integrate with the accounting system. This includes:

• End of year w-2 employee and 1099-Misc. contractor filings.

Bill Pay

Through a shared digital bill pay system, we help you make timely payments to your suppliers and vendors. Your digital authorization is all that is needed to release all your A/P checks. This includes:

• A subscription to a secure online bill-pay system.
• Controls built into the workflow so that you have the final say on what bills get paid and when.
• Regularly scheduled A/P Aging report meetings to review what is due.
• Supplier information management.

Invoicing

Whether you have your own system for invoicing clients (Freshbooks, Shopify, POS, etc.) or you want to utilize Xero's embedded invoicing system, we review and manage invoicing to your clients, existing A/R and late payment collecting. This includes:

• Integration with an industry specific invoicing system.
• Regularly scheduled A/R Aging report meetings to review what is outstanding.
• Collection communications to clients with past due balances.
• Customer information management.

Inventory

Management of your inventory based business is knowing what you have on hand and what you have in the pipeline. If you're kitting, manufacturing, or just retailing we help you manage the inventory of your business better.  This includes:

• A subscription to an end to end inventory management system.
• Inventory/POS/accounting system integration.
• Kitting & multi-warehouse.

Sales Tax

States are getting hungrier and hungrier to force your business to claim nexus in their state. We help you stay on top of the rules and know where you should be collecting/remitting sales tax.

• Sales tax integration for all states into your Online shopping cart, POS or other invoice/payment processing system.
• Filing of all Monthly, Quarterly & Annual sales tax reports.

Budgeting/

Cash is king. We set up a system to capture and track the current flow of cash vs. the budget as well as looking into the future, accounting for the changes in A/P and A/R.  This includes:

• Monthly cashflow models comparing what actually happened to what was budgeted.

Training
